Most of us were never taught how to run properly. Proper run form will help reduce the risk of injury and help maximize speed & efficiency. In short, proper run form makes running more enjoyable! Whether you’ve been a runner for years or you would like to begin running regularly, this instructional clinic will be surprisingly helpful, so please join us!
The class will be taught by Ridgewood husband/wife duo and professional coaches Chris & Elizabeth Kaplanis. They are the co-founders of RTA Triathlon and have been coaching “regular people” remotely & in-person for triathlon and running for 10+ years. Learn more about them here & follow on Instagram.
