Join Newcomers families for pancakes and pure "Ramapo Gold" maple syrup, followed by a demonstration of how the syrup was made! Breakfast seating will be inside the observatory of the museum building starting at 11:00 a.m. At 12:00, we'll venture outdoors to watch the maple sugaring process happen, from tree to table!
